I wonder if it is best to give the analogy of a fell race to a time trial - ie you find your level and it is ok as long as you stay in that zone as long as you don&#039;t over cook it - seems to work for you.  Of course the only way to stretch the zone is reps, which means pain!  By the way, we must speak sometime rather than simply comment on one another&#039;s blogs!</description>

		<description>Splendid. Clearly you&#039;re trying too hard! Or is it a good thing, I don&#039;t know? I can see how you might struggle to respond to a change of pace, but you&#039;re obviously not slacking off, even on the descents or &#039;flats&#039;. So that&#039;s good, right?</description>
