Tabor and Prague – Czechking it out in style

Winter weekend breaks don’t come in much better style than filling it with cyclo-cross fun…!

Fantastic mad 48 hours covering so much in Prague and Tabor – for the World Cyclo-cross championships.

All went swimmingly. It was considerably less cold than we’d thought, it stayed dry, and we had a lovely stay in the Esplanade Hotel, a stone’s throw from Prague railway station, meaning we could get out to Tabor easily.

Bit of a bummer on day 2 with a broken locomotive and arriving, along with 1500 other people – too late for the Junior men’s race, but still, all else was smooth, fun, and very enjoyable
